2026 Give Where You Live Day Fund Participation

Preparations are underway for the 10th Annual Give Where You Live Day on Thursday, December 3, 2026!

As we prepare for this year’s giving day, all participating funds are asked to make sure their required paperwork and fund information are complete and up to date. Below you will find the documents and information needed to participate in Give Where You Live Day 2026.

Match Day Participation Agreement

All participating funds must complete a 2026 Match Day Participation Agreement.

If your fund has already completed and submitted the Participation Agreement at one of our September 17 Fund Representative events, you do not need to complete it again.

Fund Survey

We are also asking each fund to complete a Fund Survey. This survey helps DCCF ensure that we have accurate and current information for your fund, including contact information, representatives, and details about your fund and its fundraising goals.

Completed paper surveys may be returned by email to doniphancountycf@gmail.com or mailed to PO Box 11, Troy, KS 66087.

If you completed and returned your Fund Survey at one of our September 17 events, you do not need to submit another copy.

All required Give Where You Live Day participation materials must be completed by Friday, October 16, 2026.

Accurate contact information is especially important as we prepare for Give Where You Live Day. Throughout the coming months, DCCF will be sharing important information, deadlines, promotional materials, and updates with participating funds.

Please make sure we have the best email address and contact information for the person or people who should receive communications on behalf of your fund.
